- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on perfumes or gift sets that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Sale items, clearance products, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.
๐น Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the item and packaging for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
